My Florence Frames started as a hobby and have slowly evolved in a grand way over the past 25 years; they seem to take on lives of their own. When I began making them, I actually thought that fitting all those stamps together was a crazy idea. Funny how time changes perspective.
I cringe at the thought of one of my frames getting damaged and thrown out with the garbage. I stand behind the quality craftsmanship of my frames. Because of the great care I take in putting together my Florence Frames, and because I want them to last for the people who cherish them, I offer free repairs to the stamps on the frame. I want my Florence Frames to be heirloom quality and last a lifetime or two.
Should you need a repair, all you need to do is contact me, securely package the Florence Frame, and send it to me. I'll take care of the rest and return it to you. That is my Florence Frame promise.
Should you have a special or custom request, please feel free to contact me. Please know that all special requests will be most thoughtfully considered, but can require up to several months to locate requested themes or may not be possible.
